The brief

Manzini Club wanted its bar to serve cocktails with confidence, and to serve them the same way every time, whoever is behind the bar.

What we did

  • Hands-on training: the basics, signature drinks and service
  • A custom cocktail menu designed for the club
  • Recipe cards so every drink is made the same way
